30-Day Natural Regimen for Hair Loss

Hair loss is an issue that many people are struggling with nowadays, including those that live healthy lifestyles. Pollution, stress, fatigue, and other modern problems can have a very bad effect on our skin and hair, which are usually the first that suffer due to these issues.Hair is a reflection of our health and well-being, so hair loss is usually regarded as a big problem for most people.

Hair loss can be caused by a nutritional deficiency, hormones, or stress, but it can also be determined by genetic factors, in which case it is harder to reverse. Those that have a genetic predisposition towards hair loss should use preventive herbal treatments before the hair follicle shrinks too much. After the hair follicle has become inactive, it is very hard or even impossible to make it produce new hair.

A 30-day regimen to reverse hair loss and stimulate hair growth can be very beneficial for all those that are experiencing this type of issue, both men and women. This treatment is based on natural remedies that can be prepared at home, and that are both safe and very effective:

1. Step 1 - Make sure that you are eating a healthy diet based on natural foods, and buy organic if and when possible. If you have been eating lots of junk or processed foods, it would be beneficial to do a short cleanse of your kidneys, liver, and colon. A 1-2 day green juice fast can be ideal, but nothing longer than that. Avoid fried foods and heavy meals for a few days. After this, start eating cooked and raw meals that are full of nutrients. Remember to drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day, or more if you live in a hot environment or if you are working out. Foods that are generally great for hair regeneration include: meat, seafood, fish, eggs, almonds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables.

2. Step 2 - Buy an organic shampoo with a proper pH level (between 5 and 6), preferably buy nettle or birch shampoo. Do not wash your hair more than two times per week even if it gets oily. Excessive washing leads to more oiliness and to thinning hair, which eventually means hair loss. Also, you can use lemon water (juice from one lemon mixed with 1-2 liters of water) to rinse your hair after each wash. Lemon normalizes your scalp pH, and prevents any fungal or bacterial infections that can lead to hair loss. You can also cut your hair shorter for a while in order to promote hair growth, and to get rid of the tendency of washing it too often.

3. Step 3 - Do a regular form of exercise, one that you enjoy doing often. It can be anything from jogging, Pilates, yoga, martial arts etc., as long as you do it at least 2-3 times per week. Exercise stimulates blood circulation, gets rid of accumulated stress, and it is highly beneficial for general well-being. You might not see a connection between your hair and exercise, but it can actually help against hair loss and promote hair growth. Even walking can be a very good form of exercise if you do it for at least one or two hours daily.

4. Step 4 - Use castor oil two times per week, the day before you wash your hair. Castor oil is an extremely powerful hair loss remedy, and it stimulates and nourishes the hair follicles. Use a castor oil mask on your hair and keep it on for a whole night before you wash your hair. You can wrap your hair in a towel or plastic bag, and wash it first thing in the morning. This will help your hair grow stronger and thicker than before, and you can even use it on your eyelashes and eyebrows if you need to.

5. Step 5 - Use burdock tincture to massage your scalp every day. Burdock is a very good remedy for your hair as it stimulates hair growth and stops hair loss. Buy the tincture from any health store or online, and use it each day to gently massage your roots. Tinctures also contain some alcohol which also improves blood circulation in the scalp area and prevents further hair loss. You can also use a brush to gently apply the tincture to all the areas of your scalp.

This is a very effective 5 step anti hair loss regimen that can be used for longer periods of times if necessary. It works very well for those with non-genetic hair loss, but it can be used for anybody that want stronger and healthier hair. Women should also take a primrose oil supplement in order to balance any hormonal issues, and there are also other remedies and plants that can be used to stop hair loss.
